Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

These terms apply to the international network access and subscription services provided by VPNKB. By visiting this website, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using international routes, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. Before purchasing, review the plan details, supported platforms, and your own requirements; if you disagree with any part, stop using the service.

Service Scope and Eligibility

VPNKB provides network acceleration across 110+ countries and 220+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Routes may be used to improve international access, reach websites outside your region, use streaming services, attend video meetings, work with AI tools, and handle other ordinary network tasks. The regions, route types, and client entry points currently available are those shown on the website and in the user panel.

The service provides network connectivity and subscription configuration; it does not control third-party websites, applications, content platforms, or their account systems. Third-party services may independently change regional rules, account policies, payment requirements, or technical interfaces. VPNKB therefore does not guarantee continued access to specific third-party content and is not responsible for restrictions or changes imposed by third parties.

Account and Subscription Rules

Registration does not require an email address; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for connections, plan purchases, and support-ticket actions made through their accounts. Credentials may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or shared for joint use. If credentials are exposed, change the password promptly.

The service supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but connected devices must be managed by the account holder. Unlimited devices does not permit reselling a subscription, operating it as a public access service, or providing access to unspecified people through shared credentials. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the places where the service is used, and must ensure that their use has a lawful purpose. It is prohibited to use the service to intrude into computer systems, distribute malicious programs, send unsolicited bulk messages, infringe intellectual property, commit fraud, harass others, steal data, or engage in other unlawful conduct.

Users may not interfere with the normal operation of routes, servers, websites, or the user panel; attempt to evade account permissions, traffic records, or billing mechanisms; or use automation to send abnormal requests to service infrastructure. Users are solely responsible for complaints, losses, or legal liability arising from their conduct.

Availability and Liability

The actual performance of international routes may be affected by the user's network, carrier routing, device configuration, third-party platform status, and changes in the network environment. VPNKB maintains, adjusts, or replaces routes as conditions require, but does not promise uninterrupted service at all times, in every location, or on every third-party platform.

Changes in connectivity caused by equipment failures, configuration errors, third-party network outages, platform policy changes, uncontrollable network events, or necessary maintenance do not constitute a guarantee of any particular access result. Users should keep their own copies of important materials and account information. The service is not liable for indirect losses resulting from unavailable third-party content, business interruption, or user error.

Refunds and Account Termination

A full refund without requiring a reason may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. Submit refund requests through the support-ticket entry in the user panel. Users must provide information that identifies the relevant order so that payment and subscription status can be verified. Processing a refund does not remove responsibility for unlawful use, infringement, or other conduct attributable to the user.

If a user resells a subscription, shares an account, disrupts service operation, engages in unlawful conduct, or seriously breaches these terms, VPNKB may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service. When a temporary restriction is applied to protect account security, users may explain the situation through a support ticket in the user panel. After a subscription expires or an account is terminated, users must stop using the related configurations and access credentials.

Changes and Interpretation

VPNKB may revise these terms to reflect changes in the service, operating procedures, legal requirements, or risk controls. Updated terms will be published on this page and take effect according to the last-updated date shown here. Continuing to use the service after an update means that the user accepts the revised content; if the user does not accept it, they should stop using the service and submit a request within the applicable refund period.

These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the basic rules for using VPNKB. If another website notice conflicts with these terms, the formal notice that specifically addresses the matter and has the later publication date will prevail. Questions about accounts, orders, or refunds should be handled through a user-panel support ticket so that the necessary verification record can be retained.
