VPN Quick Start Guide

Your first setup involves switching between two interfaces. The VPNKB user panel in your browser handles your account, plan, subscription, and client downloads; the installed client syncs routes and establishes the connection. The user panel is the source of your account data, while the client uses that data to connect. If no routes appear, return to the user panel to check your plan status and subscription entry instead of repeatedly changing system network settings.

Complete the account and plan steps first, then open the download area from the user panel. This guide does not provide static installers, and real subscription links are never displayed on public pages. That helps you avoid downloading the wrong platform version and keeps personal subscription credentials out of search results and chat logs. Have your usual browser ready and make sure your system can install apps, then begin by creating an account.

Open the VPNKB account creation page and set a username and password. No email address is required, so your username will be an important credential when you later sign in to the user panel. Choose a username that is easy for you to recognize without resembling a public nickname, and create a unique password for this service. After entering the details, check twice that both passwords match before submitting the account information.

After the account is created, your browser will open the user panel or ask you to sign in again. Do not look for a subscription link yet: accounts without a selected plan typically have no usable route configuration. First confirm that the username shown at the top of the page or in the account overview is the one you just created, then open the Plans section. If the panel does not open automatically, select “Log in” from the navigation and enter the same username and password.

Store your username and password in a trusted password manager. Forgotten credentials can make it harder to review orders or update your subscription. Your personal subscription link is also account data, so do not post it on public pages, in group chats, or in screenshots. Once these checks are complete, the account step is finished; next, choose a plan based on your usage.

In the Plans section of the user panel, first distinguish monthly subscriptions from data packages. Monthly subscriptions reset their included data each month from the activation date. The available options are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data packages last until used and never expire. If you regularly stream video, sync to the cloud, or use several devices, choose according to your actual usage rather than comparing only the one-time price.

After you select a plan, the page will show an order summary. Check that the plan name, amount, and data allowance match your expectations before continuing to payment. VPNKB supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; the available options are determined by the checkout page. After payment, do not submit the same order again. Return to the order or account overview first and check its status; once updated, the plan details and subscription entry will appear in the panel.

If you later need a higher monthly tier, a mid-cycle upgrade converts the price difference into remaining days. For your first setup, choose a tier that covers your current needs rather than researching every change rule in advance. After placing the order, continue to the account overview to get the subscription details for your account.

Once your plan is active, open the account overview and look for “Copy subscription,” “Import client,” or a similar option in the subscription section. The subscription link collects the routes available to your account in a format the client can read, so you do not need to enter servers one by one. After copying it, the link is saved to your clipboard; open the client for the relevant platform and import it.

A subscription link is usually a long URL. The example in this guide is shown only to help you recognize the format, for example:

The address above is a placeholder and cannot be used to connect. Get the real link only from the signed-in VPNKB user panel. Do not edit its characters or paste it into a search box or public checking site. If the client reports a formatting error after copying, return to the panel, copy the complete content again, and check that no spaces or line breaks were added at either end.

One valid subscription can be used across the platforms supported by VPNKB, with no limit on simultaneous devices. To make future route updates easier, use “Add via link” instead of exporting an individual route as a static configuration. You can refresh the subscription inside the client, making it easier to stay in sync when the route directory changes.

Get the client from the signed-in user panel. Open the panel’s download area, choose the platform matching your current system, and install it according to the page instructions. After installation, paste in the subscription link you copied earlier. Menu labels vary by platform, but the workflow is the same: add the subscription, refresh the routes, and choose a route.

After importing the subscription, choose a region based on your use case. When accessing content provided for a particular region, a route in that same region is usually the best starting point. For regular browsing or AI Tools, start with a nearby region offering a stable connection. Select a route in the client, click Connect, and wait until the status changes to Connected. Then open VPNKB IP Check and see whether the current exit location matches the selected route. If the region has changed, browser traffic is passing through the active connection. You can now open the target website for a real-world check while keeping the client running in the background.

If the check still shows the previous region, fully close the check page you opened earlier, disconnect the client, and reconnect. Make sure the client is not set to “Direct” or “Bypass,” then reload the check page. Browser extensions, other network tools, or old system profiles can also change the traffic path. During troubleshooting, temporarily keep only one connection client active.

If the route connects but the target service still reports the wrong region, do not repeatedly change your account details. Switch to another route in the same target region, clear that website’s session data, and open it again. After your first successful check, daily use only requires opening the client, choosing a route, and connecting. When the route directory changes, open subscription management and update it; there is no need to create another account or copy each route again. Refresh the subscription before troubleshooting if route names differ from the user panel, a region is missing, or the client has not been opened for a long time.

Streaming, AI Tools, video meetings, and download syncing place different demands on a route. You can change regions or route types when switching tasks, but you do not need to reinstall the client. If the current connection is stable, avoid switching repeatedly during an active task. Complete an exit-location check before a video meeting or file sync to reduce interruptions caused by a mid-session path change.

Manage your account, orders, and subscription details from the user panel. When changing devices, get the client for the new device from the panel and import the same valid subscription; simultaneous device use is not limited. If your personal subscription link is exposed publicly, stop sharing it and contact support through the user panel or a ticket for guidance.

At this point, the main workflow—creating an account, choosing a plan, getting a subscription, importing the client, and verifying the exit location—is complete.
