Privacy Policy
This policy explains how VPNKB handles data when providing its website, user panel, and subscription services, and how users can manage or request deletion of that data.
Last updated: September 2026
Scope and purposes of collection
VPNKB accounts can be created with a username and password without an email address, so an email address is not required for registration. To authenticate accounts, activate plans, and manage services, the service processes usernames, authentication credentials, account status, subscription status, traffic usage, and necessary security event information. Authentication credentials are used only to identify accounts and protect the sign-in process, not to build advertising profiles.
Order records include the selected plan, amount due and paid, payment status, creation time, refund status, and necessary identifiers returned by the transaction channel. This information is used to confirm payments, deliver subscriptions, process refunds, resolve disputes, and meet necessary financial record obligations. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other details in a ticket, that information is used only to respond to the relevant request and is not repurposed for unrelated marketing.
Site analytics
To determine whether pages load properly, identify abnormal access, and improve content structure, VPNKB may collect page access times, referring pages, browser type, operating system category, language settings, approximate network information, and the paths users visit within the VPNKB website. These analytics concern use of the site and user panel and are not used to record external websites accessed through international routes.
Analytics are retained only for the period needed to complete analysis, security checks, and troubleshooting. Once the purpose is fulfilled, the data is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified. VPNKB does not sell site access records or use them to create cross-site behavioral profiles.
No-logs and connection data
VPNKB follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access, which pages they view, or what content they submit, and it does not retain browsing records that could be used to reconstruct specific network activity. The service does not continuously retain connection logs containing access destinations, query content, or communications.
To address connection failures, abuse risks, or infrastructure security incidents, the system may generate necessary temporary technical information while an incident is being handled. This information is limited to what troubleshooting requires and is not used to analyze browsing content. It stops being used once the relevant fault or security work is complete and is then deleted or de-identified according to the purpose. Account traffic usage is used to administer the activated plan and does not include specific access content.
Cookies and local storage
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save sign-in status, interface language, necessary session identifiers, and security settings. This data maintains sign-in sessions, restores user choices, and reduces repeated actions. It is not used to read content from other websites.
Users can clear this data through their browser settings. After sign-in credentials or session identifiers are cleared, users may need to sign in again. Disabling necessary storage may also prevent the account panel, plan management, or security checks from working properly.
Payment processing and data retention
VPNKB supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment channel, which receives the information needed to complete a transaction under its own rules. VPNKB receives the order result, transaction status, and identifiers needed to verify payment, but does not control data collected independently by third-party payment channels. Users should also read the privacy information provided by their selected channel before paying.
Account details are generally retained while the account remains active. Order and refund records are retained for the period needed to verify transactions, handle disputes, and meet applicable compliance obligations. Ticket content is retained while the request and any necessary follow-up review are handled. If specific data must be retained longer because of a security incident, dispute, or legal obligation, VPNKB limits it to the relevant purpose and deletes or de-identifies it when the retention basis ends.
Data deletion and policy updates
Users can sign in to the user panel and use the ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. Requests must be submitted from the relevant account so account ownership can be verified. After an account is deleted, subscription delivery information that cannot be restored is also removed. Records that must be retained by law or to handle incomplete orders, refunds, disputes, or security incidents are processed when the relevant basis ends.
This policy may be updated as service processes, technical measures, or applicable rules change. Updated versions will be published on this page, along with a revised last-updated date at the top. If a change materially affects the scope of data processing, VPNKB will provide a clear notice on the website or user panel. Before continuing to use the service, users can review the latest version and decide whether to continue.
